This page is a starting point, not legal advice. Change every section so it matches your country, your studio and what you actually do with the data from your contact form.
Who runs this site
This site belongs to Eden Shaw, a filmmaker based in Lisbon. For anything about your data, write to hello@edenshaw.film.
What the contact form collects
Your name, email address, company or artist name, project type, timeline (and a date, if you pick one), budget range, up to three reference links and your message. Only what you type into the form is collected.
What happens to it
Your message goes to my email inbox. I use it to reply to your request and to keep a record of the conversation. I don’t sell it and I don’t share it with anyone, apart from Framer, the service that hosts this site and its form.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask me to delete them.
Booking a call
If you book a call here, nothing from the booking service loads until you click to open the calendar. Then the calendar loads inside this page from Cal.com (or Calendly), which may set cookies to keep the booking working and secure; Calendly may also show its own cookie notice. What you enter there (your name, email and the time you pick) is used to schedule the call. The site owner is responsible for this data, and the booking service handles it on the owner’s behalf; to access or delete it, write to hello@edenshaw.film. The service’s own policy (cal.com/privacy or calendly.com/privacy) covers its cookies and website. You can also open the calendar in a new tab, or just write to hello@edenshaw.film.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. If you switch on analytics, say which tool you use and what it records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to hello@edenshaw.film and I’ll reply within 30 days.
